Shipping Information (Pre-Orders)

Pre-order items are made available for purchase before they are ready to ship.

  • Payment is collected at the time your pre-order is placed.
  • Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping delays.
  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once the pre-order item is available unless otherwise stated.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • We appreciate your patience and will provide updates if there are any significant delays.

Returns

Returns & Refund Policy

At Solace Garments, we want you to love your purchase.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
